These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrafficForge ("the Service") provided by Mulkern AI Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By using TrafficForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TrafficForge is an AI-powered SEO page generation, quality scoring, auditing, and publishing platform. The Service allows users to generate SEO content using their own third-party AI API keys ("Bring Your Own Key" or BYOK), score content quality, publish pages to GitHub repositories, and track search rankings.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use TrafficForge. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@trafficforge.app.
TrafficForge uses a Bring Your Own Key model. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google). You are responsible for all costs incurred through your API key usage. We are not responsible for charges, rate limits, or service interruptions from third-party AI providers.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party AI provider whose API you use through TrafficForge.
You agree not to use TrafficForge to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of these policies.
You are solely responsible for all content generated through TrafficForge, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable regulations. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. TrafficForge's quality scoring (QualityForge) is a tool to help you evaluate content — it does not guarantee search engine performance or compliance.
You should review all AI-generated content before publishing. We are not liable for any consequences arising from publishing inaccurate or harmful AI-generated content.
TrafficForge can publish content directly to your GitHub repository using credentials you provide. You are solely responsible for the content published to your repository and any resulting website. We are not responsible for your GitHub account, repository access, or any content published thereto.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you generate using TrafficForge. You grant us no rights to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
Our property: TrafficForge, its codebase, prompts, scoring systems, and all related intellectual property are owned by Mulkern AI Systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR SEARCH RANKING RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULKERN AI SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mulkern AI Systems harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your published content.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
