REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how Mulkern AI Systems ("we," "us," or "our") issues refunds for TrafficForge subscriptions.
We stand behind TrafficForge. If you're not satisfied in your first 7 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
TrafficForge is billed monthly. The following refund terms apply:
- First 7 days: If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at hello@trafficforge.app and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
- After 7 days: Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the paid billing period.
- Renewal charges: If you are charged for a renewal and wish to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will issue a refund for that renewal period.
2. Done-For-You Setup Fee
The one-time Done-For-You Setup fee ($197) covers technical setup work performed by our team. Refund terms:
- If setup has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund upon request.
- If setup is in progress or complete, the setup fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed.
- The first month of subscription included with DFY Setup is subject to the same 7-day satisfaction guarantee above.
3. Founding Member Pricing
Founding Member pricing ($49/month, locked for life) is contingent on maintaining an active subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, standard pricing ($97/month) will apply. Refunds do not extend your Founding Member lock-in period.
4. Service Outages
In the event of an extended service outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) caused by us, we will issue a prorated credit to your account for the affected period. Credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not refunded as cash.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases where:
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy
- The refund request is made more than 30 days after the charge
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@trafficforge.app with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- A brief reason for your request (optional but helpful)
We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
